School of Katjapachu
Orissa is one of the most disadvantaged states in India. Here, terms like welfare and education have been non-existing for aeons. However, only 15 kilometres from the village Bissamcuttack, ethnic groups native to the area have built their own school. Aided by the local hospital it has been possible to establish a foundation which creates a pivotal opportunity for 150 children (age six to 14) to attend the local school.
